Not to all workplaces. The safe working environment rules, like providing safety equipment, training, and post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP),  primarily apply to:

• Healthcare workplaces (hospitals, clinics, laboratories, blood banks, etc.) with 20 or more people; and
• Other workplaces (offices, factories, etc.) with 100 or more people, but only if there is a significant risk of HIV exposure as part of the work.
