Only in these situations:
- If a court orders it in the interest of justice;
- In a court case where it is necessary for filing a lawsuit or for legal proceedings;
- To notify a partner;
- If the information cannot identify you (e.g., anonymous statistics);
- To specific government officials for monitoring and supervising HIV/AIDS programmes.
