Cis-gender is a term used to describe someone who identifies with the gender they were assigned at birth. It describes men who were assigned male at birth and women who were assigned female at birth, which still go by these terms.
Transmasculine, or transmasc, is an umbrella term for individuals whose gender is partially or fully masculine, and does not correspond with their birth sex/AGAB, or otherwise conform to conventional notions of sex and gender. This includes trans men, whose gender is masculine in some way.
