Abortion where contraception (condom, IUD, birth control pills, etc.) failed
Where the pregnant person claims that their pregnancy was caused as a result of contraception failure,[1] the pregnant person can seek abortion if:
- the gestation period is between 20 to 24 weeks, AND
- two Registered Medical Practitioners have recommended the abortion.
