You have three avenues:

• Go to the Complaints Officer: For violations within an establishment with 100+ persons and healthcare establishments with 20+ persons;
• Go to the Ombudsman: For discrimination or denial of healthcare in the public or private sector;
• Go to a civil court:  For any violation of the Act. A criminal complaint can be filed for hate speech, confidentiality breaches in court, or non-compliance with an Ombudsman's order.
