Yes. If you are a protected person who is a party or an applicant in a legal proceeding, you can ask the court to: 

• substitute your name with a pseudonym in records; 
• have  in-camera proceedings; and 
• prevent anyone from publishing your name, identity or HIV status. 

Legal cases involving protected persons must be given priority.
