How is the property of children affected by HIV protected?
Parents, guardians, or anyone acting in the child's interest can approach the Child Welfare Committee (set up under the Juvenile Justice Act) to safely keep property documents, or to file complaints if the child's property is taken away or someone trespasses on their home.
